Ultrasonic washing

During a ultrasonic cleaning, as a result of irradiation, so-called a cavitation phenomenon develops, resulting in the formation of microscopic bubbles in the fluid used. In ultrasonic cleaning, we speak of waves with a frequency above 20 kHz. As a result, they are able to enter the most inaccessible places – where it is impossible to clean with free hands – which release a large amount of energy when they collide with the side wall or surface of the part to be cleaned, resulting in dirt from the treated part. To increase efficiency, it is advisable to use a cleaning fluid specifically designed to remove dirt in the washing machine. The ultrasonic cleaning process is usually 3-6 minutes, however, it can be up to 20 minutes depending on the type and extent of the dirt.

Washing in closed system by machine

During closed system machine washing, we actually call equipment for cleaning highly contaminated workpieces. Depending on the quantity of the workpieces to be washed and their nature, they can operate on a so-called dipper or spray wreath principle. At our company, the latter option is available, especially for machine washing of contaminated parts, – dirt resulting from oily, greasy use, soot elements, all in the most modern air – drained cabin. The device also allows human intervention. In accordance with environmental regulations, the equipment, equipped with a wastewater treatment plant, is available, so that the used and then treated washing liquid leaves the smallest environmental Eco footprint.
