Full engine fleet management

Before startin the work, we make a technikal audit, referring to the contract. We made a comprehensive technical survay. In this time, we record the important details, like the – engine number, -bearings number, – operating range, – shaft height, – type of coupling, – operating medium, etc… and of coures we record the engine stata analysis.

In the case of the engine is in work progress, we record the vibration, and the vibration speed too, just like the workprogress temperature, and the work speed. If the engine isn’t work at the moment when we arrived, we check the insulation, and make asymmetry measurement.

In cooperation with the buyer, we determine the number of engines, and the others
machines list, and the works to be performed. 

The Viceroy Ltd. using modern IT systeam, that possibile to store the important details, and record a tribe data sheet. Upon the completion of all work we share this details with the costumers.

Theas categories can be the.:

• High priority engine, failure it cause big loss of production
• Important engine, failure it cause loss of production number
• Less important engine, failure it hason’t effect for the production
• Not important engine, failure it hason’t any effect for the production

We handle the motors in groups, as you cen see above. These groups mean, how
important to repair the engine, of course we make the „list” cooperation with the
customers. We make other two class, A and B gorups.

The A group include a full measurement each mounth, while the B group include
a full measurement too, but it just quarterly.
